In more recent years we have completed joint ventures as well as our own developments. We are continuing in this line of business moving forward with a housing scheme of 23 units and a barn conversion into two dwellings set for completion mid 2018.

Stubbs Group acquired land with planning permissions in place for 23 dwellings; a combination of terraced, semi-detached and apartment homes.
January 2018
We've recently acquired derelict barns in Melbourne close to York. They are currently mid conversion to become two luxury 3 bedroom homes, with a high specification. Work includes full renovation of a building shell. Due for completion April 2018

Having purchased the existing bungalow the Wellington Road scheme involved the demolition of the old building and build of 7 dwellings. 5 terraced and 2 semi-detached properties. All sold off plan.
