Over the years we have accrued a successful network of reliable sub-contractors, who have helped complement our own team to deliver projects in the industrial sector. Ranging from smaller civils based works, to larger new build industrial units and estates.
We work on schemes as the appointed principal contractor, as well as working in partnerships with clients on a Design and Build basis.

The new build of a high specification head office for a local client completed early 2018. Impressive large office space with warehousing and parking was delivered on time and to budget.
October 2017
The opportunity to acquire new offices came in 2017, with the purchase and refurb of an existing premises. The finish is to a high specification with office, warehouse and yard space.
March 2017
The impressive new offices at Ideal Business Park completed in 2017. The development consists of 6 new build hybrid units, with a mixture of storage and office space. All finished to a high specification.
